My name is Christopher. Welcome to Best Buds Farms! I am the founder of BBF and I started this company in 2019. The mission is to provide small batch premium CBD products to my community. Everybody has a different relationship with Cannabis, and I thought I’d take the time to explain how and why I joined the Cannabis movement.
THE STORY
Like most of my fellow Vermonters I grew up with a deep love for outdoor activities. And in particularly skiing. Some of my fondest memories include spending time with friends and family on the hill. As a result I’ve spent my life living in ski towns in Vermont, Colorado and California. My love for the outdoors and drive to seek out a healthy lifestyle only grows stronger.
THE MISSION
Years ago my adventures brought me to Northern California. And I spent 10 years in Humboldt County working on growing farms. I started off trimming and worked my way up to growing. As a result my knowledge and understanding of the process expanded. Because it was invaluable to me to get a deeper understanding of the plant. And become a part of the mission to distribute the wonderful benefits to people across the United States.
THE EPIPHANY
As I got older it was taking longer for my muscles and joints to recover. I was looking for ways to my maintain my daily activities. And to recovery to keep me doing the things that I love. Because I started taking CBD regularly and immediately felt relief after a long day. And as a result I learned more about the benefits of CBD. How could it have taken me so long to discover?
I decided to move back to Vermont and bring 10 years of top of the line growing experience with me. It was excited to share with the local Vermont community the high quality products that I had been creating in California for years. Now, I source all of my CBD flower from friend-owned local farms and am involved in the growing process from start to finish.
I hope you enjoyed your welcome to best buds farms. One of my core values is supporting local communities, which is why all of our CBD products are made in Vermont by local friends, farmers, and businesses. Hence the name Best Buds Farms.
